pursuant to art. 13 of European Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of personal data (GDPR), we inform you that the personal data you provide or otherwise acquired upon registration to the website www.mld.it and/or upon requesting the Loyalty Card and/or upon joining the WhatsApp Group "MLD Professional Beauty" will be processed in compliance with current legislation and the related principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of privacy.

DATA CONTROLLER
The Data Controller is the company Katilu Professional srl, owner of the MLD brand and the website www.mld.it, with registered office in Via Matteo Bartoli, 302 – Rome – 00143 RM VAT number and Tax Code 18015811005 , in the person of its pro tempore legal representative who, within the scope of their prerogatives, may avail themselves of the collaboration of specifically identified responsible persons or appointees.

DATA COLLECTED
The data collected by the Controller are those provided by the customer in the registration form for the website and/or the Loyalty Card and/or the WhatsApp Group "MLD Professional Beauty" as well as information relating to purchases made by the customer.

METHOD OF PROCESSING
Data processing will be carried out with the aid of IT and/or paper tools, according to logics strictly related to the purposes indicated below and in any case by adopting procedures and measures suitable to protect their security and confidentiality.

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
The data processing will be aimed at carrying out activities related to the management of the WhatsApp Group "MLD Professional Beauty" and in particular at using the mobile phone number to send promotional offer communications, and the mobile phone number will be visible to other participants in the WhatsApp Group.

NATURE OF DATA PROVISION
For the indicated purpose, the provision of data and consent are optional, but constitute a necessary and indispensable condition for participation in the WhatsApp Group "MLD Professional Beauty": failure to provide them therefore makes it impossible for the applicant to receive promotional offers.

SCOPE OF DATA COMMUNICATION
Data processing will be carried out by personnel directly employed by the Controller and/or by natural or legal persons specifically designated by the Controller as Data Processors. The data provided may be communicated to the competent authorities. We inform you that the data will not be communicated or disseminated outside the WhatsApp Group "MLD Professional Beauty" and in any case only after your explicit consent to inclusion in the Group.

RETENTION PERIOD
Personal data will be retained by the Controller until 31/12/2030. The Controller may be obliged to retain the customer's personal data for a longer period in compliance with a legal obligation or by order of an authority. At the end of the retention period, personal data and data acquired from the customer will be deleted. Therefore, upon expiration of this term, the rights of access, deletion, rectification and the right to data portability can no longer be satisfied.

RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
Data subjects whose personal data have been published may at any time exercise the rights recognized to them towards the Data Controller, pursuant to current privacy legislation. In particular, they may: a) obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning them, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in an intelligible form; b) obtain information on the origin of personal data, the purposes and methods of processing; the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic tools; the identification details of the Controller, the processors and the designated representative; c) obtain the updating, rectification or integration of data; d) obtain the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; e) obtain certification that the aforementioned operations have been brought to the attention of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment proves impossible or involves a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right; f) object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning them, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection, and to the processing of personal data concerning them for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication; g) receive their data and those entered in the application, in a structured and machine-readable format and in a format commonly used by a computer device (data portability).

Having read this information, the undersigned declares to have understood its content and to give their consent to participate in the WhatsApp Group "MLD Professional Beauty".
