pursuant to art. 13 of the European Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of personal data (GDPR), we inform you that the personal data provided by you or otherwise acquired when registering on the website www.mld.it and/or when signing up for the Loyalty Card and/or when registering for the WhatsApp Group “MLD Professional Beauty” will be processed in compliance with current legislation and the related principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of confidentiality.

DATA CONTROLLER
The Data Controller is the company MAX UNO srl, owner of the MLD trademark and the website www.mld.it, with registered office in Via Campobello, 1/G – Pomezia – 00071 RM VAT number and Tax Code 122075541008, in the person of its legal representative pro tempore who, within the scope of his/her prerogatives, may avail himself/herself of the collaboration of specifically identified managers or assignees.

DATA COLLECTED
The data collected by the Owner are those provided by the customer in the registration form on the site and/or the Loyalty Card and/or the WhatsApp Group “MLD Professional Beauty” in addition to information relating to purchases made by the customer.

TREATMENT METHODS
The data will be processed with the aid of computer and/or paper tools, according to logics strictly related to the purposes indicated below and in any case adopting procedures and measures suitable for protecting their security and confidentiality.

PURPOSE ABOUT THE TREATMENT
The data processing will be aimed at carrying out activities related to the management of the WhatsApp Group “MLD Professional Beauty” and in particular the use of the mobile phone number to send communications of promotional offers and the mobile phone number will be visible to other participants in the WhatsApp Group.

NATURE OF DATA PROVISION
For the indicated purpose, the provision of data and consent are optional, but constitute a necessary and indispensable condition for participation in the WhatsApp Group "MLD Professional Beauty": failure to provide data therefore makes it impossible for the applicant to receive promotional offers.

SCOPE OF DATA COMMUNICATION
The data processing will be carried out by personnel directly dependent on the Data Controller and/or by natural or legal persons specifically identified by the latter as Data Processors. The data provided may be communicated to the competent authorities. We inform you that the data will not be communicated or disseminated outside the WhatsApp Group “MLD Professional Beauty” in any case exclusively after your explicit consent to inclusion in the Group.

RETENTION PERIOD
Personal data will be retained by the Data Controller until 12/31/2030. The Data Controller may be required to retain the customer's personal data for a longer period in compliance with a legal obligation or by order of an authority. At the end of the retention period, the personal data and data acquired from the customer will be deleted. Therefore, upon expiration of this period, the rights of access, cancellation, rectification and the right to data portability can no longer be satisfied.

RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES
The subjects to whom the personal data refer may at any time exercise the rights recognized to them towards the Data Controller, pursuant to of the privacy legislation in force. In particular, they may: a) have confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning them, even if not yet registered, and have communication of such data in an intelligible form; b) obtain an indication of the origin of the personal data, the purposes and methods of processing; the logic applied in the event of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; the identification details of the Data Controller, the managers and the designated representative; c) obtain the updating, rectification or integration of the data; d) obtain the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; e) have certification that the aforementioned operations have been brought to the attention of those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which such fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the right protected; f) oppose, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data concerning them, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection, and the processing of personal data concerning them for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication; g) receive their data and those entered in the application, in a structured and machine-readable format and in a format commonly used by a computer device (data portability).
