For each measuring cup (30g) of compact bleaching powder, mix 60ml of oxidizing cream emulsion at 2, 10, 25 or 35 volumes in a plastic bowl, depending on the desired lightening. Mix with a brush and spread the cream obtained on the hair to be lightened. Indicative processing times also based on the oxygen used.
