Shake the bottle well before use; pour 100 ml of product into the container, adding 80-100 ml of warm water; soak the rolled bandages in the cosmetic preparation for a few minutes before wringing them out; reroll the bandages and proceed to bandage the chosen body part, letting them rest for about 30-40 minutes; remove the bandages and do not rinse. Do not use on people with thyroid or circulation problems.
